Simply Amazing!
I just got into goal keeping in the last 2 years. I wasn't aware of the maintenance needed for goalie gloves. I bought an expensive pair of gloves (over $100) and used them for an entire summer season, playing 2 games a week. They took a beating, and got really dirty. I bought this was to see if I could salvage them before I threw them out. It took out all the dirt, plus, it renewed a lot of the original tackiness that gave the gloves grip. As my title to this review says, simply amazing. Short of magically filling in missing bits of foam/latex, this wash is incredible. I use it after each game now on all my gloves.

The best glove-cleaning product I've ever used
This glove wash and a little warm water are all that's needed to renew dirty, smelly keeper gloves. My daughter has been a keeper for about four years and we've been using this product almost as long. I wouldn't use anything else, and highly recommend it. It's low-foaming and really gets the gloves clean. At times, it's hard to believe how a pair of gloves can go from looking like they're ready for the trash to looking very clean and with renewed tackiness in the palms.Glove-cleaning and care tip: Buy two inexpensive free-standing paper towel holders (I've seen them for a dollar apiece) and when you've washed and gently towel-dried the gloves, stand each glove onto the end of the towel holder. Place the holders on top of a clothes dryer or in another warm location and they'll dry fairly quickly. The paper towel holders can also be used after every game, to allow the insides of the gloves to air out a bit.

Seems to Work
I have several gloves I use, some for indoor and some for outdoor. I have noticed that keeping them clean does seem to reduce the wear and tear. This glove wash works quite well. Sometimes, I will stick some inside my gloves, stick them in the laundry under the hand wash setting, and even the insides of the gloves will smell nicer without any damage to the gloves. (I do this when the smell in my gloves is so offensive that if they don't get cleaned properly, I'm going to toss them anyway). I still often wonder if a little Palmolive won't do the same thing with no adverse effect, but I guess I will let somebody else try that experiment. I really don't want to mess up the chemical makeup of the latex palms in some adverse way. The wash claims it won't do that and almost every latex foam glove I have warns against cleaning with a regular old cleaner.

these gloves are great.... I used one pair of these same gloves but in yellow for 1 indoor season in winter, then for a game on turf (turf wears down gloves more) about twice a week in the spring through summer, then every day from july 20th or so until sept. 18 They are just starting to wear down to the point where i can't use them as game gloves but still good enough for practice gloves.Another good thing is how they are constructed... you have a very thick layer of highly durable foam, with removable plastic finger guards that go in the individual fingers to prevent you from bending your finger wrong or allowing you to punch a ball harder. then it has rubber type material to reinforce any part of the glove where there is a crease to prevent cracking. even with all this padding you still have plenty of hand motion and ease of movement. the other nice thing about it is when you are wearing them the gloves is always in a position of how your fingers and hands should be... Great Gloves!

After reviewing the Reusch Keon Deluxe G1 Ortho-Tec goalkeeper gloves, I was worried that I’d be let down by the more affordable Reusch — gloves. The Keon Pro D1 goalkeeper gloves may not be worn by Reusch’s professional goalkeepers, but it is one of the best selling goalkeeper gloves, especially in the US. There’s a reason for it, and it’s not advertising. They remind me of the Reusch Xosa goalkeeper gloves, but I actually prefer the simple design and color combo better on the Keon Pro D1 gloves – I’m more of a traditionalist. The gloves that are less expensive don’t tend to have the total package like these, but you can get away with finding a game glove for a little less. Innovation – 8 The reusch Keon Pro D1 gloves have great technological features, but I wouldn’t necessarily call them the most innovative. Reusch didn’t take any chances with these gloves, but as mentioned above they use top of the line technologies such as the Expanse Cut, ESS, and the Durasoft palm. Comfort/Fit – 10 The Expanse Cut ESS (Ergonomic Support System) and the Pro Flex technologies are the backbone behind the phenomenal comfort behind the Keon gloves. The hard ground goalkeeper gloves I’ve reviewed had slightly better durability, so I wasn’t able to award the Keon Pro D1s with a 10 here. Reusch’s D1 Durasoft grip technology is very soft, and absorbs water very quickly. Style – 10 I love the Keon style of goalkeeper gloves.
