A miracle
The Thermoskin line of gloves surpasses my wildest expectations for a glove that relieves arthritis pain. Sizing tricky, but worked out fine.
I am 28, 5'6" average build, average hands (you know, my ring finger is a standard 7). I ordered the medium and they were slightly big. Almost right, but not snug enough to feel like they would help. So I sent them back and they quickly and happily sent me a pair of smalls. These fit nice and snug, however I couldn't bend my fingers without the fabric pushing my knuckles straight. I was nervous to alter them, but I ended up cutting almost an inch off of each finger and now they fit great. I think for a man, or a person with longer fingers they would be fine, but for someone like me, don't be afraid to cut them until they feel right. In the photo, they are shown above the knuckle, which is how they came, but I felt the fabric was a little too ridgid (but that's what makes it supportive) to have cover my already sore knuckles. That could be me though. They don't fray either, so don't worry to take the sciccors to them.I have yet to wash them, so I don't know how that will...

Imak Compression Gloves....AKA: Miracle Gloves!
I absolutely LOVE these gloves. Having Rheumatoid Arthritis, my hands are one area that are usually painful and inflamed. After the first 2 hours of wearing these gloves the swelling in my hands had decreased so much that I was able to remove my wedding band......something I have not been able to do in over 5 years. The gloves are easy to put on, easily removed and are comfortable to wear. However, I have not worn them any longer than 2-3 hours at a time. The open fingertips allows you to use your computer keyboard, as I am doing at this moment wearing the gloves and writing this review. In my case, these gloves ease the joint pain in each and every one of my fingers. I have not yet had the opportunity to try these in the cold weather. I have since purchased an additional pair to leave at work for use on the job. Of all of the things I have purchased in my lifetime, house and cars included, these gloves are in the top 5% of all of my good and smart purchases. My advice, BUY THEM,...

Hands feel much better
I received these gloves from my son for my birthday. I have hardly taken them off since receiving them, I especially sleep with them on. My hands are warm and not nearly as swollen. I have osteoarthritis in both my hands, particularly in my fingers. The relief I have gotten is one of the few things that have given me any relief. The cold weather is so difficult for me along with, at times, extreme pain in both hands. I even had the end digits on my right hand fused a few years ago, to no avail. I wish I had them in flesh color instead of charcoal, but no matter I love them.

Fashion statement? No...Arthritis.
The mild compression and warmth these gloves provide is a help to hurting hands. Like another reviewer, I like that the fingers are long enough to cover all the joints...though I occasionally have to tug them down. I love the open finger design and thin fabric, which allow me to wear them when I work. The gray color is nice...they don't look "theraputic". I've had lots of people ask about them. They think they look cool! I've had a loose thread and a small section of a finger seam come loose, but not enough to bother fixing. When these wear out I will buy more, but I expect these two pair will last me a long time.

Great to sleep in
I was unaware of how cold my hands get when I am sleeping - my doctor routinely recommends wearing these gloves at night for anyone with hand problems. I actually sleep much more soundly now. Cold hands are painful hands if you have arthritis... of course you are aware of that in the daytime, but maybe not when you are asleep, but if your hands are hurting you are not sleeping really deeply. I use these gloves other times too as I become aware that my hands are feeling too cold and this feels so much better.I ordered the small as I have small hands and I do like them but I am now ordering the mediums too. The smalls feel too tight sometimes.You can turn them inside out for a little bigger or if the seams bother you.

Great Product, Misleading Listing
This is a very good product and really helps provide some relief, be advised however that this listing is somewhat misleading. The reference to this item as being a 2 pack should be removed as it is simply one pack of two gloves. If I have a solitary complaint about Amazon it is with the inaccuracy and sometimes misleading nature of their listings. It is easy to recommend the gloves however as a very good product, but please be aware that this is only one pair of gloves and not two as you might tend to believe it to be.

Great gloves. Nice seams and material.
Excellent workmanship on these gloves. They keep your hands nice and warm. The material is flexible, but not flexible enough to crochet with, which is what I had wanted them for. The seams, and there are a lot of them (some fingers have four) are nice and flat. You don't feel them at all.Overall, a great glove for almost every task, but just slightly difficult to write with or crochet. Are excellent for typing!!

not bad for the money
These gloves are OK, but they're no big deal. I thought they would feel a lot more supportive, but they just feel warm and snug. Thermoskin gloves are much more supporting. The disadvantage of Thermoskin is the unnatural feel of the fabric. I ordered these gloves because they looked more breatheable, which they are, so they will probably stay cleaner and less sweaty. However, they just give a modest amount of support.

keeps hands warm
Having arthritis and carpal tunnel I certainly have problems working with my hands. I am an artist and need to deal with the pain on a daily basis. These gloves keep my hands warm, are a dead-on fit and are very comfortable. They don't seem to be very constricting (I was looking for something that had compression aspects) but are good to sleep with to keep your hands warm. Even though they aren't quite what I was looking for, they are good quality and handy to work with. Hem stitching seems to snap easily and needs to be mended but it seems that any of these gloves no matter what brand they are, have this problem. I will use them occasionally, mostly at night or under outside gloves/mittens. I also found isotoner fingerless gloves that work more to what I was after. If you're looking for warmth and not compression I do recommend them. I love fingerless gloves. Makes work bearable.

Isotoner Therapeutic Gloves great for after hand surgery!
These gloves are great to wear if you have arthritis in your wrist, hand, or thumb and are a wonderful support following hand surgery. Almost all other writst/thumb support devices have seams that press against the tender surgery areas, but these have the seams on the outside of the glove rather than on the inside so tender areas stay protected! The gloves are machine washable and very easy to use. Plus they feel great!

Isontoner Therapeutic Gloves
Best of the ones I've tried. Outside seams cause less irritation to the hand and the gloves offer firm support to both the hand and the fingers. Don't be afraid to purchase if you need the support for only one hand. The special way the gloves are seamed means that both gloves can be used for just one hand, as in carpal tunnel syndrome.

great for doing crafts with arthritis
I have rheumatoid arthritis and these gloves allow me to knit and crochet even when I'm having a bad flare. It takes a little getting use to but it's worth it to be able to continue your hobby.I actually originally bought these to wear when I play the piano, but they do not work well for that purpose. They provide good support but too much resistance, I find myself working against the stretch of the fabric and end up hurting even worse because of it.The one drawback to this product is the gloves are pretty ugly. It seems like there ought to be a way to make them at least a little more attractive, some flower embroidery or different colors - anything!
